RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 

If you need to return/exchange your item/s for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note pre order items will only be eligible for exchange depending on if the item is in stock otherwise a refund will be issued in its place.

  • To return/exchange your item please note the following eligibility requirements:
  • Returns/exchanges must be posted back within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to refund any late returns posted outside of the 14 day period
  • Items must be unworn, unsoiled, unwashed,  and in their original condition. Note – take care when trying on the item/s as to not get soiled with makeup or tan. Our team inspect every return and will reject any items that are not in their original condition.
  • All tags must be intact.
  • Safety seal must be intact.

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

To make a return fill in the return form provided to you and post back with your return items within 14 days. Please ensure your return meets the above requirements as it may be rejected if not. Unfortunately as a small business we are currently unable to offer free returns. Once we receive your return you will be notified via email, your return will be processed within 14 working days. 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international returns use the return form provided with your order and post back within 14 days of receiving your package. When returning items from outside of the UK we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking as we cannot refund lost returns. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel marked 'returned goods' and follow the conditions above. We are not liable to pay customs, duty and/or vat incurred on returned items. 

 

LOST RETURNS

Unfortunately, if the return is lost in the post, we are unable to refund the item/s. We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining/keeping a proof of postage. If the return is lost, you will then be able to claim the cost back from the postal service used with your proof of postage.

 

CUSTOMS

Depending on where you live you maybe subject to custom fees. It will be your responsibility to check these and pay any custom fees you may have. We do not calculate this or take any responsibility for it. We are not liable to pay any customs, duty and/or any vat incurred.

 

UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or unclaimed post will be refunded to the customer via store credit only.
